Experience Monitoring
PBI will monitor and compare rates for similar plans in order to ensure plan beneficiaries are receiving the best value for their contributions. We will also work to determine the actual costs of the plan, and compare beneficiary experience to plan rates in order to pre-emptively address plan challenges and maintain service level standards.
Benefits Communications
PBI will work with plan administrators to draft and deliver communications to plan members – ensuring that the message delivered is valid and accurate. This also includes the delivery of this message in person when required, as well as the preparation of plan documentation and member booklets.
Coordination of Trustee Meetings
In addition to standard plan administration and governance tasks, PBI will coordinate and direct meetings for plan trustees as necessary.
