Patsy Schafer, CEBS

Patsy Schafer is a consultant with PBI Actuarial Consultants Ltd. specializing in Health and Welfare plan consulting.  She has over 25 years of industry experience in managing client relationships and consults on financial and plan design issues related to boards of trustees of multiemployer and negotiated cost plans.

Prior to joining PBI, Patsy worked as a consultant and relationship manager on several large and midsized corporate and multiemployer group benefit plans.

She is certified as an Employee Benefits Specialist through the Dalhousie University CEBS program and is a past president of the BC Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists.  Patsy is also a member of the International Foundation, the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute and the Association of Women in Finance.
